Dawn S. Kingsley, MSHA, is a healthcare executive with over 30 years of experience in managed care, network development, and payer strategy. As President and CEO of Marine Healthcare, LLC, she leads consulting and leadership training, leveraging her expertise in contracting, rate negotiation, credentialing, and value-based care. Dawn has held executive positions at Centerstone, Farm Bureau Health Plans, United Healthcare, and Cigna HealthSpring, and has worked with consulting firms such as Virtue Healthcare Consulting, RF Stern Consulting, Consulting for Human Services, and Bellona Consultant. Her work spans Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and LTSS expansion, ensuring compliance with CMS regulations. Dawn holds a Master of Science in Health Service Administration from the University of St. Francis and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Eastern Illinois University. She is an active community volunteer, speaking on leadership and management.
